Definitions
Client
A person who arranges a Mortgage or Life Insurance policy with 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd.
Referrer
A person who refers a Client to 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd.
Mortgage Completion
The point when your mortgage lender appointed via 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd provides the mortgage funds and the mortgage transaction is completed.
Insurance Completion
The point when your insurance provider appointed via 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd provides a policy schedule to confirm the policy has started and is on risk.
24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd Rewards
Both the Client and the Referrer are entitled to a £50 Love2Shop voucher each, as long as these terms and conditions have been followed.
Terms and Conditions

This offer is open to all residents of the United Kingdom who apply for a mortgage or life insurance with 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd.
The current closing date for this scheme is 01/01/2026 but is subject to change.

The Client must:
- Have a Mortgage Completion or Life Insurance policy schedule issued with 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd.
- Meet all of the qualifying criteria and other clauses in these 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Qualifying Criteria
- The range of Insurance Policies that will qualify for the Insurance Referral Reward are:
- Life Insurance
Non-Qualifying Criteria
- Employees of 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd are not eligible to receive the vouchers outlined in these terms.
Vouchers

If all the conditions above are met, both the Client and the Referrer will receive a £50 Love2Shop voucher each.

Vouchers will be issued within 30 days of 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd being formally notified of the Mortgage or Life Insurance Completion from the provider.

Use of the Love2Shop voucher is subject to Love2Shop’s own gift voucher terms and conditions.
Vouchers will be sent via email.

Vouchers must be kept safely and securely. 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation, or identity fraud.

The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Other Conditions

In the event of any disputes regarding the 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd Rewards scheme, the decision of 24 Mortgage & Financial Services Ltd is final.
